Help needed with PDF creation

I am trying to create a PDF off one I have seen on a website

the PDF when open is 133% and displaying a single page for the first and last 2 pages from page 3 onwards it displays 2 pages at 66%
i'm sure the % doesn't matter but its getting it to go from displaying one page to 2 pages

how do i do this?

I'm not entirely sure what you're getting at, but, it sounds like the % display is merely a setting on the Acrobat Reader, which you can manually change. I've never tried it, but I suppose it's possible to save the display settings differently for separate pages in a doc (maybe if individual page with different display settings were imported into one doc?), but I should think you can manually change the settings to whatever you want (i.e. 100%) and then save the document that way.
