Urgent Help

I need to develop website for domain reselling.

I have a joomla template with Virtuemart cart.

I want to sell webhosting packages.

How i will sell packages . When user pays , user should register domain,
and then user should be redirected to their account(Control panel)
I (being a reseller) should access master account(Web hosting management panel).

I dont know the process flow the compelete design.

Any suggestions ?
