You have a few validation errors that should be addressed:

So whats the deal with this
kingsuk.com/Default.aspx
maybe im just missing something here, who knows
Sorry, I thought that the site was in PHP :)
The matter is that it was designed for me by a famous development company called Superlogic and I thought It would be in PHP. Though, I am not a script specialist, that's why it doesn't amtter much for me whether the site is developed on ASP or PHP.
6StringGeek, thanks for your notice. I guess they are going to improve it themselves as they haven't finished the site yet.
What can you say about the design, guys?

The links in the text on the About Us page is not viewable. User have to direct the cursor on the text to know where are links.
andr105, which links do you mean?
The sections Kings UK It solutions , etc .....???

The design says nothing to me, it looks a few years out dated.
The flash header seems unnecessary. The links on the right side of the flash could have achieved the same effect with HTML/CSS which would have been optimal for SEO. I don't like how links in the flash video are all curvy as well when everything else in the site is boxy, it doesn't make any sense or flow together (I mean the bottom of them, not the glossy effect).
I think it's just a little too plain for 2009.

I mean links in the text:
Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), Newmarket Business Association, Thoroughbred Breeders Association (TBA), UK.

I dislike the big empty space between the main content of the front page and the footer.
