I have to create a graph on my client's website that he/she can easily update, add data to.

Is there a website were info can be easily entered and a generated widget can be embedded into my page?

or an application or anything that can be synced with excel or other program?
I am not that skilled with coding so it should be something basic.

Well google offers up some free charts, but it takes a little understanding to code them. There are a lot of chart variations, but most use xml and flash pairing. Try looking around for xml or flash charts

My suggestion is to use a simplified CMS like iUpdateIt (http://www.iupdateit.com). What this would do is make it so you could put a snippet of code into their website in the spot you want them to be able to update (it's really easy to install). Then, they'd be able to update that spot whenever they wish. I'd recommend that you get them started by you adding the initial chart into iUpdateIt so you can get the columns the way you want and format it for your client. Then, your client should be able to easily log into their account and update the info whenever they wish.

I myself have used this exact scenario for a client who has a chart for their courses. Go to http://www.apathways.com/Subjects/CourseAndSchedule/coursedescription.htm to see something like this in action. The client has found it relatively easy to use after I gave him just a little intro into it. He's been pretty much on his own with it since I started him using this...

Hope this helps!
