I want to make a niche directory site. To begin with I would like to start with the listing information available from the yellow pages. Is there a script that could help me with that?

I'm not positive, but you may need a Yellow Pages API for that.
You may need to check into the legality of this too. I don't know if you can just take their content and post it as your own.
