2 scripts,different options. Would like something from each. -SELECTING FROM A LIST-

These two similar scripts each have something I want, but neither have both.

-I would like to use the 'select all' function

2. http://javascript.internet.com/forms/selection-box.html
-this one I like the selected 'onclick' as opposed to hitting the arrows to move the selection.

I can't figure out how to combine it either direction. I'm wondering if there is a way to get both features in one?
