IE Image issues not present in other browsers

So yeah this has me stumped. Evidently this picture can display
in ever browser except Internet Explorer...? This is an image off
my webpage (one of 9) that I have tried purging, and remaking
several times but for some reason won't display in IE? WTF?!

Just noticed too, that for some reason it won't link as a regular bbcode image?
Is this being redirected somehow or? So lost....

That image is in CMYK color. Change it to RGB (in Photoshop, it's image->mode) and it will work.
