[RESOLVED] Random Image Rotater does not work with templates

I have tried using the random image rotator code (http://javascript.internet.com/miscellaneous/random-image-rotator.html). I have put it in a Dreamweaver template and it works great when I view the template in a browser but it does not work when I create new HTML pages from the template. Any ideas? I originally had it in a noneditable region and then tried using it in an editable region and it doesn't work in either place.
