I think I know what the problem is but I could be wrong.

I go to Tools->Internet Options->General and click settings I find the size limit for the folder is set to zero. I change the number to 5(cuz its more than 0) and click OK and it says "Please select a value between 1 and 0 for how much disk space temporary internet files may use." I try putting in a decimal between 1 and 0 but I get a balloon tip saying "Unacceptable Character You can only type a number here." Theres a slider there but no matter where I set that to I get the same thing saying to put a value between 1 and 0. I even reinstalled IE6 and I get the same problem. Has this happened to you and do you know how to fix it?

This question seems like it is more suitable for the General section, but how much space do you have left? I doubt that your that close, but if you are almost out of space, that might be the problem. Otherwise you could try clearing your catche(and all offline content) and your cookies and see if that helps. If none of that seems to help, try changing the location of the directory, then check if it writes anything to the new directory.

Why do you need it to catche the pages? What problems were you having with it not catching them?
