hi friends,
i am planning to buy a premium domain its cost is $2000 ,
i want to know that do i need to pay $2000 each time for renewation that we pay after purchasing domain or $2000 is for one time only and then i have to pay minimum amount of renewation of domain

It should be a one time fee as long as you are given all the passwords and account info to the domain. After that you can renew it through anyone you choose.
