I'm always BUGGED by clients that don't reply when
I want or need them to. Is there such a thing as
an Interactive Email App that can tell me if or when
they read my email-- or provide a chec box to give them
options on how they want to proceed--without sending me a lengthy message --that would avoid seeming to
intrusive or pushy?

Not sure about Outlook Express, but Outlook has options to notify you when your email has been read/received. User may have the option to deny sending the notification back to you, though.

you would need vbs server side script, which is hard to do if you dont know what your doing. This is one way to force a message back to you, but if they have VBS setup to run in notepad first then the script wont be excuted, which I doubt most average users even know how to do that. Plus getting a script which is server side from someone is about as easy as holding your breath for ten minutes, because no one wants to be responible for a server side hack. So basically for now your screwed.

Sorry,

hmmm....

what about html e-mail that gives them some basic choices--such as "yes" or "no" to toggle... and then a "send" button?
