i need synonyms for all english word in xml format .for eg: English dictionary in xml format to be used .

There is no such thing as a list of all the synonyms for all English words. English changes too fast.

I don't know of any company that will just give one to you. Try searching for open-source thesauruses on google or sourceforge.
