FTP Problem... where do I post this?

I don't know what the appropriate place to post this is... so please bear with me. I am using Wise-FTP to upload some websites. After having had to switch to dial-up, all I get with the Wise-FTP program is FAILED/ERRORS. Is this because dial-up is too slow to use an ftp program?

No, you can always FTP at any connection speed; it'll just take a while sometimes. You're particular FTP client may have problems, though, or may be configured incorrectly. If all else fails and you are using Window box then open the dos shell and type "ftp".
