Injecting video clips

Does anyone know how to inject a 30 second video clip into another video without changing the size. I thought about layering the videos but I didnt know how to get the 30 second video to play in a specific spot in another video.

Not without changing the size... If you have more data the file size will be larger unless you add tighter compression.
