hey guys...im new to the web designing bit and i was wondering what is the best news posting script for a website
ive gotten into a clan and i would like to make a site that has a easy to access and easy to post posting program...
if you can tell me which one is the easiest it would be highly appreciated

It depends on exactly what you want to do and what serverside resources you have access to.
If you have eg PHP and a database www.phpnuke.org will do that and a whole bunch of other things if you like.
