I changed the stylesheet but....

It's probably easy but,

This is my problem:

Background:
on my site I did some JS pop-ups
I applied the stylesheet i was using to it
It has a background image/ I dont want to use the bg image in the pop-up
I made another stylesheet that is the same but w/o a bg image
applied it to the pop-ups

Problem:

One of the pop-ups is reading the old stylesheet
the rest work right
locally, it works, but not remotely

All four links on the pic of the monitor pop up with just a maroon background color on my pc...what is the name of the link that's not cooperating? Did you clear your cache?
