How do I remove black lines across my Blog in Firefox

In Google blogger I have edited the HTML code. This may be the reason why the black lines are appearing on the page.

( The black lines only appear in Firefox and is certainly nothing to do with graphics cards )

I have edited the template wrapper and header, I am sure you can see the alterations made.

This has certainly never happened before since I edited the blog header but I saved the HTML before and reverted back. This made no difference.

How do I remove black lines across my Blog in Firefox?

Only happens in Firefox not explorer with Google Adsence.

I did make changes to the template changing header size

Pleas all help will be wonderful this is driving me crazy.

It has also spread to other web pages like hotmail.

I do not see a problem, viewed with Fx3.
