Flash has quit working in IE!

Hello, I have been going along well building simple flash headers, using the swobject.js method for some of my websites. All worked well in all browsers and now they have all stopped working in Internet Explorer. I have so far checked this on 2 separate computers. Would anyone be able to help me with this.
