Adobe Premiere

I know this is not a graphic question but it is close too it. Any body know how to do a fade to black in Adobe Premiere?

Adobe Forum is really the place for this question, but a quick answer is your clip should be on video 2 or higher then you expand the track to see the opacity rubberbands. Click a point where you want the fade to begin and then click and drag another point where you want it to be black. I use Premier 6.0.
