how to sell songs on website?

Hey guys. I have some independent musicians that want to upload and sell their music online. How would I go about uploading the music and selling it on a website. The website is created, I was just wondering if anyone knows any good tutorials about selling songs online with shopping cart set up etc.

Sounds like you need to do some research on obtaining a shopping cart with the ability to sell downloadable products.. or develop it yourself.

Yeah, I researched some options etc. I was going to develop it myself, but I'll probably just go with the pre-made option (less of a headache).

you could also outsource it with places like e-junkie.com. I think they are 5 bucks a month or so. Saves the hassle of security and shopping cart set-up. They could also sell their stuff on cdbaby.com as digital downloads.

You bet. cdbaby is made just for indi musicians, and their cost in pretty cheap.
