Hello,
I'm looking for an advertising program (as a publisher) that will allow me to play video ads right on a webpage, without another video to come before or after. What I mean is that my site doesn't have any videos on it, I just want to play a video ad for 15-20 seconds while a user is waiting for the site to contact the server, read/write data etc.
I can't seem to find ANY programs that offer this.
Does anyone know of one?
