I'm confused. The image in your first link, which is supposed to be the sharp one, looks like crap (no offense). The second one, which is supposedly the poor quality one, looks pretty good to me. It's not professional quality, but it's fairly sharp.

Also, the image already doesn't fill the cell. Why do you want to make the text column smaller?

Please specify the name of the image when referring to the image that does not fit and the crappy image.

I tried altering the column width. It did not work. Please help by sharpening the images and sending them as attachments.
