loading indicator

plz i want to show the loading indicator that appears while playing an flv video online...
like the indicator of the downloaded part of movie that appears on

www.metacafe.com
or
www.youtube.com

can anyone help me to solve this probelm?

Do you have Flash and can you do Actionscript for Flash? Build your own.
Or are you using a video player that does not have the the loading bar now? Loading bar needs to be part of player or at least a configurable part, like the skin. Pretty hard to change, unless it's part of original player.
Second option, get a better player... lots out there like
