I'm running a program called 3dalbum - it uses shockwave and the calling file is index.htm

This program is a very nice moving slide show that puts out in the form above and also a stand alone .exe.

I'm trying to find a way to convert the exe to avi so I can upload some of my creations to youtube and other video networks.

So far I have not found a program that will convert the EXE to an avi or whatever youtube takes.

The programmer said they are not going to make a conversion for this.

I have hypercam and tried to screengrab the htm or exe but the pictures are jerky and erratic.

Does anyone know how I can convert this exe to avi?

The site is at http://american-crossroads-mall.com/webflash and my other 4 or so sites are linked to it.

Thanks much for any help you can give.

Best bet is probably a screen capture of the running animation if there isn't a direct export in the program. I've had good luck with camtasia in exporting directly to flv which is what YouTube will convert your movie to before it plays on their site.
