Use a regular font (like arial, tahoma, verdana, etc) for your navigation menu. The font that you have up there now is hard to read, and the multiple images use up way more bandwidth than you actually need to. You have 14 images in your navigation menu right now - you can shrink that down to 2 if you just use a regular web font or, if you're feeling ambitious, you can shrink it down to even one to get rid of that nasty flicker (http://beau.frusetta.com/2008/06/16/no-flicker-all-css-image-hover-state-trick/) when you hover over the images
