Mouseover and enlarge help

I have a black and white picture on a web page, but I want it to change to color when I rollover with my mouse. Also, When I click on the picture I want it to enlarge, how can I do this??? Any suggestions would be helpful!

just make sure the imagename-s.jpg is in black and white, and the imagename.jpg is in full color

or you can use a script like lightbox

and use grayscale images for the thumbnails and link the colored ones once its clicked on
