how do i put snow on my tripod site?

help i have a site made on tripod and i am trying to put falling snow onto it i have the code but i dont know where to upload the image of the snowflake to?i normaly only use the place it here buttons does anyone know how to do this properly???? i could use a bit of help THANKS:-):)
