how do i put falling snow onto my tripod site???

Hi can anyone help me i have the code for falling snow but it says i have to upload a picture to my server yet on tripod its just copy and paist or put it here or in your picture gallery i think you have to run a tripod site to understand this the site is www.wilcoautos.co.uk thanks for your help please let me know where to put my picture
