Page is blank in Safari, only shows background in IE? [Archive]

So...here's what I've got. I designed this page. Looks beautiful in Firefox (Mac and PC). Works just fine. I went to open it in Safari (Mac) and the page is completely blank. It's got the page title and nothing else. I tried it in IE on a PC and same thing except that it just shows my background image. Anybody know what's going on???
