Automated Screen Scraping

Hi all, question about screen scraping. My company sells advertising on a network of sites, some ours, some not. Most of these are rotating ads, and occasionally the client has trouble finding it so we send them a screen capture showing them the ad on X page. Currently this is done manually, we have someone refresh the page until the ad shows.

Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm looking into the various screen scrapers, but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for yet. I'm most interested in an open source solution, but at this point I'll entertain any ideas.
