I am a mod on a forum site and we like most are in a top100 site list,
where members can vote every 24hours via a link (image)
im trying to get it so that some sort of cookie registers when they last voted
and starts a countdown from 24hours, so they know when they can vote again!
i hope this makes sense ive been looking into it for weeks and cant find out how to do it myself :confused:
