Ok, so I have created a small website.
http://www.2playalong.com
http://www.2playalong.com/static/about.html
Not much, basicly a search engine (based on google).
But how do I make peaple use it?
Since it's not for profit - spending money is not an option...
So now what?

The only way you can make people use a site is to advertise it. Of course that doesn't necessarily mean paid advertising, and these days you can take advantage of the myriad of social networks and such around to really make the most of your site. Twitter it, make a Facebook page and invite your friends, get friends or other music sites to link to you...
I'd also suggest reforming some of your site a bit to take account of Google's indexing (you might also want to submit it to Google (http://www.google.com/addurl/)). For example, your "About" page isn't linked directly, so you lose any chance for Google to index it - making a new page with the same look, and setting that as your About page adds consistency and linking to the site.

Thanks Inferno,
I could not figure out your comment about the direct link to the "About" page.
I do have a link to this page from the homepage of the site.
As for submitting the the site to google - I have done that but the key words are probebly too common (Tabs Chords...) so I am not getting any success in that matter (Unless one will specific search for "2playalong" - witch is not common).
As for the social networking... I am not twitting or facebooking... so It may take ne some time to gathers enough friend to make any effect...
I appriciate your help... as for now I guess I will be the only one to be using this site.... :)
Thanks!!
