Hello,
I'm new to this forum. Greetings all.
I would rate myself as a 6 out of 10 when it comes to web design and coding. I'm about to do a website for my girlfriend's business and she pointed out something she liked that I can't figure out how it was done. Here's the example:
http://www.lyonsshareart.com/
 Notice it seems as though there are 2 backgrounds. The main (front) background scrolls while the red (off to the right) background is static. I could cheat and recreate this effect with a simple frame, but I would like to stay away from this and learn how it was done the right way. I'd assume it's .js, but thought I'd start a General thread first.
Thanks in advance.
Johnny
