Simple Image Editor help

I installed the Joomla plugin Simple Image Editor on a site and I think I have done everything to set it up but I don't see images of any kind when I preview it. The site is http://championspubofflorida.com/joomla. The site has not been configured as the working site yet, thus the /joomla extension. I am sure that i am overlooking something small but Joomla's support isn't the greatest.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
