what cms/ flash script does this photography site use

I came across these 2 sites and they look similar, as if they have been created from some sort of flash script, for a premade photography showcase website
What is it?

theres a similar pre made product out there from a company photoidentities
but this is not the one even though the pages are similar

that were written in flash.....same thing can be accomplished in JQuery now & is far more SE friendly. Are you looking for a particular script or action for your site? What did you like on those sites you quoted?
