When I log on the home page is very often a page I haven't put there. I've tried getting rid of it by eliminating cookies plus internet temp files. I am continually resetting the internet settings.
Is there a way to get rid of them. They are like a virus which is harmless yet annoying.:mad:

If you are using IE 6.0 go to tools Internet Options and set you home page to what ever you want.

Using the settings in Ie are a waste of time. These bookmarks are over riding them

Why are you clicking links that bookmark these pages anyway? I'm pretty sure it can't be done without you clicking on something...

alternativly you could download a program called spybot search & destory, its free and locks ie from homepage altering just set the homepage you want and then enabled this feature and it cant be changed until you disable it, also stops spyware getting on comp at webpages you visit.
