Any idea on how to make this cool? Obviously, it's not really doing anything, so I'm open to suggestions on where to take it. Maybe it needs to be a job site instead of a directory... or something else. Any ideas?

I like it! I think if you give it some time and advertising you'll see results. With a billion site already out there I know how disappointing it can be working so hard on something and ending up with 5 hits a day.. If anything, just be proud you did a great job on the site..
