how to?

hi all, i want one of those frames that has the tabs along the top of the page which are actually links, and when clicked open within the same page, and all surroundings stay the same, but im new to HTML and don't know how, any help please? thanks in advance for info.

You really need to know HTML/XHTML and CSS first. It's not hard to achieve but if you don't know the basics you will get confused.

You will need skills in positioning, visibility and pseudoclasses so if you have some knowledge already try search for CSS and each of those in turn. W3schools is excellent.

If you find that too advanced then there are other more basic tutorials out there including (:o) my own.
