scheduled tasks?

I have a vba script written within Microsoft Outlook. What needs to happen is for this script to run automatically every minute without anyone being logged on to the computer. Any ideas on how to do this?

I'm not able to set the vba script as a scheduled task by itself since it's written within Outlook. And I couldn't set Outlook as a scheduled task either. It just wouldn't run.
