embed an html file

Ok, this probably very obvious , but what is the code for embeding an html file on a page? My freebe site only allows 500 characters in the code box, but WILL allow an html file to be uploaded. How do I put this on a page without using a link?
Also, since I am poor, what are the best free sites you have found?:D

you need to upload the file to your root directory at he hosting server.
See if you can find an ftp tool provided by your web hosting company.
