Javascript menus

Hi
I'm building a site with 3 frames (top, main, and left frames). In the left frame I have a javascript menu which works fine, but can the menu spread over frames as the submenus are hitting the next frame.

My next question is can I use the same javascript menu in the main frame as well. So that when you roll over london on Our offices page is shows the multiple options like the main menu.
