How are you supposed to test your website in different versions of each browser? If you have the latest version, is there a place where you can still download an older version? Will that not conflict with anything else on your computer?

I tend to assume that if folk are using Opera, Chrome, Safari of Firefox, they will tend to be using the latest browser. In any case there has not been too much difference in the rendering by these browsers in recent versions for most sites. IE is another kettle of fish altogether, partly because users are, I think, more conservative. I also know of one organization that has stuck to IE 6 because essential applications don't run in later versions (or in anything else).
For that reason, use IE8, but check out in earlier versions using IETester (http://www.my-debugbar.com/wiki/IETester/HomePage).

IE was the browser I was most worried about. Thanks:)
