Convert Table Layout to CSS

I wanted to try and convert my current table layout to a fixed CSS layout:

Does anyone know of any good converters out there? I have tried it myself but I also get confused with fixed/liquid.

No, I cannot honestly believe there are any convertors from tables to div/css.

But your page shouldn´t be difficult.
