Website Rendering Issue

I have a website at http://www.partycostumes4u.com/new_site/index.htm someone has pointed out the following rendering issue with this site.

The website renders with a white box above the content. It seems that there is a flash movie in DIV id=layer1. The embed tag isn't compatible with xhtml standard.

This rendering issue was found using Firefox 3.0.12 (canonical 1.0 for Ubuntu and identified as Mozilla 5).

Please can someone tell me how to fix this issue.

I see no difference in FF 3.5 and IE8

Thanks for your help kiwibrit, it appears the reviewer didn't have Flash installed on his computer.
