help with forms

Okay, here's what I'm looking for. I want to be able to make a form, where it just posts it. It doesn't mail it. I am almost positive I remember reading this. It just posts it in a folder on the website. Something like http://www.chumpsoft.com/products/phpq/. I think. It is essentially like a guestbook, but only I would have access to the info. If you could help me out, please do. Thanks.
