dynamic header for seo

Hi,

I have a file trhat displays articles dynamically from a mysql database with php. Would displaying dynamic header tags help for SEO? If so I am considering adding a column to my table and for that column I will only store tags for the article and whenever it is shown, that page will generate the header tags automatically for that article.

Generating unique title tags is a good idea. It would also help people using tabbed browsers and bookmarks. Social bookmark site would also use the title to tag the page, providing keyword back links.

Meta tags don't make much difference to SEO these days.
