The questions:
(1) I have a GIF image of an outer space containing sun in the center, 2 glowing spheres revolving around the sun, could it be possible that can I attach a code (<href> thing, am I right?) on each glowing sphere (presenting that clicking on it leads you to another specific page like buttons and icons). If possible, how could I do that coz those 2 glowing spheres were already part of the whole image (the outer space and the glowing objects) as GIF? What trick to do?

(2) What's the good host for the images? Flickr, Photobucket or wat can u suggest?

(3) How could I add sound to my site's page (so that when a person enters a page in my site, he will starting to hear music or sound)?

(4) I want to earn from my site primarily through advertiser's ads (for the instance). Is there no problem if I made my site myself and not going to a specific site for the blog (im a bit confused about this stuff)? Or if the thing goes this way, I made a site 1st then contact, for instance, Google AdSense and other advertisers, and I apply there for blog or advertising, or watever the proper way of doing so. Like I said, im confused and do not fully understand things about ads. Wat I know is its like something on T.V., there were advertisements (products and services).

(1) No.

(2) Don't know. I just use my own hosting.

(3) Flash/Other proprietary solution

(4) Don't really understand the question, but I think the main point is that you want to make money from advertising? If that's the case then you'd have to ask advertisers directly. You shouldn't assume you'll make much (or even any) money quickly, though. If you don't have the hosting capacity to host your own images, then presumably you don't get many visitors to your site. A fact that advertisers are not going to be particulairly enthused about.

Thx and I know things won't be easy for a total beginner and things don't always go smoothly as we expect/planned.

I heard about wordpress from one of my friend. But I guess they don't need you to create a site instead in a form of a blog and edit it. I like anime and video game a lot! So my site is all about anime (watch [info/scans], image [art gallery/wallpaper/PNG/GIF/collectible figures/cosplayer], video, soundtrack) and PSP (game [info/scans], image [art gallery/wallpaper/collectible figures/cosplayer], soundtrack). So far that I could yet provide stuffs about video game is currently about PSP. I already have some stuffs ready but I cannot own the host myself so I will be relying for the site and file hosts.

Oh right. I get it. Well in that case you might have to also get in touch with whoever provides you with your site (Wordpress?). They might have limitations or terms about advertising through their system. They might, or they might not. I don't know. I've never used them before. I'm just saying it would be worth checking. You never know. They might even have an advertising program that you can enrol in so you can display ads provided by them to your site.
