Recently I finished a website and I would like to ask you for some feedback and suggestions what could be changed/improved there.

I haven't done SEO yet and that's the thing which I'm aware of.

Are you sure you're communicating the value you're able to provide to your customers?
You could probably substitute one of the car images with something else, anything else. Having the fleet at the top and then another picture of the fleet doesn't really add value to the consumer. Okay you have a lot of something, that doesn't make it good- yet. Instead if you had a photo of someone delivering a package that doesn't look like it's been robbed in an alley you could reinforce the messaging that "we don't lose your stuff/we don't break your stuff" which is the main worry usually when sending a package.

The copy about the new and safe cars tries to do this, but people really don't care if the care is safe for the driver. If you have technology that prevents breakage, say so, but keep the focus on the safe, dependable, and speedy delivery. Cheaply should be mentioned last. You don't want people to think that you cut corners and that money is your main concern. Of course that's any business' main concern, but people don't like having that in their face. You want to pitch the benefits to the consumer not the benefits to you.

Graphics
On the graphical side the black text on the red bars wasn't really doing anything for me. Maybe white would punch more or a lighter version of that red might work better. You might even use the font from the logo to do the tabs.

Cool site! I liked it in the whole, but it would be excellent if you use some pale tint instead of white color for the background, to my mind.

nice design, it is hard to tell whether you have a faded graphic as the background. If you do then I would advise make it less subtle. If you don't then maybe make a graphic 600px high 1px wide. Rectangle with gradient background fading from #03303D down to #066A9F. Then set it to repeat across the x axis and set the background colour to #066A9F. Although really simple this should add a bit more flare to your site.
