Floating image

Hey guys --

Have found great help here in the past, so here I am again.

Here's what I am trying to do. I want an image of a balloon with an offer to our clients to float on top of a table, on the corner. It doesn't have to move at all, but if it would move a little bit, like it's floating in the page it would be good too. The problem I am finding is finding the right way to keep it on the corner of a table. Everything I found so far gets shifted when the window is resized or at diff. resolutions. Anyone knows how to accomplish this?

I'm not sure of your specifics, but let Dynamic Drive be your guide: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/. They have some excellent scripts in this library which keep an object floating in a certain part of your page. They have examples for almost everything they provide, and implementing the prewritten code is usually easy.

Great suggestion as they have a ton of stuff but i didnt find quite what I was looking for. They all either scroll from the bottom or top down or up and I want it to either flow a little bit but always around the same corner of the table or static.
