Automatic popups

I would like to offer a free subdomain service. But, would like to deliver a popunder for those that join my service. Is there any way to do this without asking each new member to embed my popunder script in there index.html? This would be great if it could be done and would make my life a whole lot easier. I would love for this to be automated so that when people visit their subdomain my popunder would be delivered without any intervention from my customers. Any input would be great.

if you are usign a redirect put the popup code on the redirect page. If you have access to their files you can parse their code and drop in an include. I have seen this done by major hsots like angelfire lycos geocities etc so I know it is possible but I do not quite know how.
